Safeguarding
What is Safeguarding?
As defined by Bond, "Safeguarding is the responsibility of organisations to make sure their staff, operations, and programmes do no harm to children and adults at-risk nor expose them to abuse or exploitation".
Every organisation, regardless of sector or department, will have some form of safeguarding practice in place. Safeguarding within the workplace is paramount as it protects every member of staff, and user of the service, from harm and inappropriate behaviour such as bullying, harassment and/or abuse.

At PAS - Plant A Seed, we work alongside and support numerous individuals, all with a diverse array of ages, backgrounds, and experiences. We believe every person has the right to be kept from harm, exploitation and abuse. It is our duty, not only as professionals but also as human beings, to promote this belief.
